This was a house extension project for the client’s three-storey house situated on a sloping site. Currently the kitchen is tucked away on the lower ground floor whilst the living area is on the upper floor, both of which are isolated from the garden.

This new extension design provides a large kitchen-dining space alongside a living area that now faces the garden. Two large roof lights provide natural lighting. The extension is designed to be mostly hidden from the adjoining properties.
